 Peer mentoring can often be a very rewarding and satisfying experience. While working with and helping others to develop their skills, you are developing your own talents and abilities at the same time. Mentors often experience increased levels of empowerment, improved self-esteem, an increase in confidence and a renewed ability to cope with their own mental health. 

If you join us as a peer mentor you will be giving back directly to others in our industry, others who may be having challenging times and feeling alone in these struggles with no where to urn to. 

Retailers 4 Retailers will provide you with full training and support. You will be matched with a mentee who we feel you are able to support following your life and business experiences. 

Initially mentoring sessions average roughly 10 sessions but this is flexible and can be decided by you and your mentee.
