This service is a free service delivered by trained volunteers who can provide peer support for you.

This service has been created to provide the support in our industry so no one has to struggle or feel alone. All of our mentors have personal experience's of the struggles in independent retail , How lonely that can be and how our business can transfer over in to our personal life's.

 Volunteers are trained in Safeguarding, Active Listening and Suicide Prevention, Mental health first aid  as well as providing DBS checks for security purposes.

Our volunteers can initially provide around 10  sessions of support via your preferred communication method whether that is via phone calls, text messages, WhatsApp messages, emails.
